Privilege is the base level of the Privilege programme. Depending on how many miles you earn, you can then be upgraded to the Privilege Gold or Platinum. Find a detailed overview of membership levels.
You will be upgraded to Privilege Gold as soon as you have collected a certain amount of Status Miles within 12 consecutive months. For details go to Membership levels.
Does the amount of flight segments count towards Privilege Gold qualification?
No, the amount of flight segments does not count towards Privilege Gold qualification or re-qualification but the total amount of Status Miles. For details go to Membership levels.
If you loose your Privilege membership card or if the card gets stolen or damaged, you may ask for a replacement card against a fee of € 10. To order your new card please contact the Privilege Service Center.
