Now queuing up at busy check-in counters is a thing of the past thanks to our new online check-in facility.Rather than waiting till you're at the airport, if you've booked your ticket online or if you have an e-ticket, you can go straight to our online check-in on our website, and check yourself in without any fuss or stress from your home or your office.
 

 Go to brusselsairlines.com or your country Brussels Airlines website and select the check-in options, or go straight to checkin. brusselsairlines.com (in English).
Fill out your e-ticket number (starting with 082 on your booking confirmation email), your family name, departure, destination and flight number.
Click continue.
From there you'll go to a summary page which allows you to select check-in options for you and your co-travellers, including assigned seat numbers. If you wish to change your seat number you can do so by clicking on the appropriate button and selecting a new seat on a schema of the aircraft's seating layout. Once you're happy with your seating details confirm this and click continue.
Print out the pdf version of your boarding pass.
 
You can use this method to check in anything from 24 hours to one hour before your flight, and when you arrive at the airport, just go straight to your gate with your printed out boarding pass and your passport - and that's it! Plus, even if you have luggage, you still don't need to wait - just leave your luggage at the designated Brussels Airlines Baggage Drop off point and proceed to your gate.
